The TEC Events Diary is a key tool for
TEC dissemination. It indicates not only the event, but also the
key audiences for the event as well as which of the three core aims
of the TEC the event addresses:
The TEC's
three main aims are:
1. To improve the quality of
humanitarian action - including the linkages to longer term
recovery and development - by learning lessons from the
international response to the tsunami.
2. To provide accountability to both donor and affected-country
populations for the overall response.
3. To test the TEC approach as a possible model for future joint
collaborative evaluation.
