The purpose of this meeting
was to discuss the preliminary findings as were emerging from the
five TEC joint thematic evaluations. It also provided TEC members
with an opportunity to contribute to the communications plan.

This workshop was designed to
get feedback on the proposed key messages and outline of the TEC's
Initial Findings report. The workshop 'tested' the draft Initial
Findings against the team leaders experience.

workshop included all thematic evaluation team leaders and team
members. Discussions centred on the emerging issues and provided
team leaders with the opportunity to see what issues were emerging
from other teams' work
